Our school was buzzing with excitement recently as the Islamic Education Department hosted a vibrant event for the UAE Eid Al-Adha Festival! It was a fantastic blend of creativity and cultural celebration.
Students had a blast with drawing, coloring, and dancing, all expressing the pure joy of Eid through art and movement. The highlight? A special visit from two beloved Emirati characters: Modesh and Dana! They filled our classrooms with laughter and made the day truly unforgettable.
For those unfamiliar, Modesh is an iconic, cheerful yellow character from the UAE, often associated with family fun and the Dubai Summer Surprises festival. He truly embodies happiness and celebration!
This event was all about helping students appreciate Emirati values while celebrating Eid in a super fun and interactive way.
