About the role

We seek to appoint outstanding Arabic Coordinators for Secondary and Primary Arabic A & B to raise the standards of teaching and achieve outstanding results in the Arabic Department in the Secondary and Primary phase.

About you

The successful candidate would possess the following attributes and skills:

  • An 'Outstanding' teacher with at least 4 years of middle leadership experience working in an international school.
  • The candidate should hold a degree, i.e., B.Ed., B.A., or equivalent.
  • Proficient and experienced at teaching Arabic to native and non-native students at primary and secondary level.
  • The role will involve working closely with other middle leaders and the Head of Languages to develop the department's strategic plan and overseeing assessments.
  • The role will also involve teaching across the Secondary phase/Primary phase.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to harness individuals' potential and ideas, bringing them together in one cohesive team.
  • Knowledge of the French language is an advantage.
